An initial conversation under NDA. No address, identity or document is recorded outside our internal file.

Mandate alignment

We discuss exclusivity (full, semi or co-broker) and define a commission framework appropriate to the asset and the route to market.

We present the asset only to investors whose mandate, capital and timeline have been verified against the opportunity.

Information is released in tranches. Sensitive material is shared only after each subsequent gate has been cleared.

Documented settlement of fees on completion, in line with the commercial structure agreed at the outset.

Legal architecture

We do not work without paper.

Every engagement is governed by a written framework: a Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA), and a commercial annex setting out the commission structure and the scope of representation. The framework is enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction and reviewed by independent counsel before signature.
