Each level corresponds to the depth of engagement, not to the quality of access.
All members enter the same network and operate under the same confidentiality framework. The differences below relate to the breadth of advisory and the scope of representation we provide on your behalf throughout the year.

All mandates are subject to verification of identity, source of funds and mandate fit. Successful acquisitions are governed by a separate transaction engagement letter, including a defined success-based component agreed in advance. Membership fees are not refundable but are credited in full against transaction-stage fees on a completed acquisition introduced by Aurea.
How to enter the network.
Applications are submitted in writing or by introduction. Each is reviewed personally by the founder. We will respond within five working days.
If we believe Aurea is well placed to be of service, we will invite a first conversation — in Milan, on Lake Garda or remotely — at which the full membership terms, the verification process and the engagement letter are reviewed together.
