An independent advisory practice for the Italian private market.
Aurea was established to serve a specific client: the private investor or family for whom the right Italian acquisition is a matter of judgment, not of inventory. Our work is quiet by design.

Daniela Manola
Founder & Senior Advisor
Daniela has spent more than two decades at the intersection of Italian real estate, private wealth and cross-border advisory. She began her career representing private vendors of historic estates in Lombardy and Tuscany, before broadening her practice to the international clients acquiring them.
She has advised single-family offices, principals of European holding companies, hospitality groups and a small number of institutional vehicles on transactions across Lake Garda, Milan, the Tuscan countryside, the Amalfi Coast and Sardinia.
Daniela founded Aurea to formalise an approach she had practised for years informally: introductions made personally, under written framework, with the same advisor accountable from first conversation to settlement.
Four principles that govern every engagement.
Discretion
Information about our clients, our counterparties and our mandates does not leave the firm. We hold this to a standard above what is contractually required.
Independence
We are not retained by listing portals, nor compensated by external referral schemes. Our advice answers to the client's interest alone.
Selectivity
We accept a limited number of mandates each year. We decline opportunities — and clients — when we cannot serve them well.
Continuity
The advisor who takes the first call is the advisor who closes the transaction. There are no handovers.
Milan, with offices and representatives across the regions we serve.
The firm is registered and operates from Milan. Daniela holds standing meetings in Lake Garda, Florence and Rome, and travels regularly to clients in London, Geneva, Monaco, the Gulf and the United States.
